About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team on a full time basis, managing a portfolio across Tamworth and the surrounding region.



We've built our property management operations around clear procedures and modern tools — including Property Me, Taipi and Inspection Express —

so our PMs spend less time on admin and more time managing relationships and outcomes for owners and tenants.

Managing a portfolio of residential properties:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance
- Coordinating repairs and liaising with trades
- Managing lease renewals, applications and tenancy agreements
- Handling arrears and tenancy matters
- Preparing and managing ingoing and outgoing condition reports
- Ensuring properties are managed in accordance with NSW legislation• Communicating regularly with property owners and providing exceptional service
- General portfolio administration and reporting

What We're Looking For

- Relevant NSW property management licence/qualifications (essential)
- Proven experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with owners and tenants
- Comfortable working with property management software and digital tools
