We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dependable Plumbing Supervisor / Leading Hand Plumber with a strong background in high-rise multi-residential construction to join our team for a high-rise project in Newstead, Brisbane.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong, proven experience overseeing plumbing crews and delivering high-quality hydraulic installations on complex builds.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for leading plumbing works on-site, coordinating crews, and ensuring all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and Australian Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise plumbing crews on high-rise multi-residential construction projects
- Install, maintain and oversee hydraulic services (water, sanitary, stormwater, gas where applicable)
- Read and interpret hydraulic drawings, specifications, and schematics
- Plan and coordinate daily site activities in line with construction programs
- Maintain productivity while ensuring high-quality workmanship
- Ensure compliance with all site safety and regulatory requirements
- Liaise effectively with site managers, foremen, engineers, and other trades
- Assist with material scheduling and site coordination

About You:





We are targeting candidates with strong, proven high-rise multi-residential experience. Specifically:

- Minimum 5+ years commercial plumbing experience, with a strong focus on high-rise multi-residential projects
- Demonstrated experience as a supervisor or leading hand on multi- story residential builds
- Strong understanding of stack systems, multi-level hydraulics, and services coordination
- Robust ability to read and interpret hydraulic plans and specifications
- Experience working within structured site environments and tight build programs
- Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and QLD plumbing regulations
- Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills
- Current QLD Plumbing Licence (mandatory)
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Reliable transport
- Full Australian work rights

Requirements (PPE & Tools):

- PPE: Steel cap boots, hard hat, high-vis, long pants
- Tools: Full plumbing tool kit (hand tools, levels, pipe cutters, drills, etc.)
