About the role

We're seeking an Experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of fewer than 150 properties in Brisbane's Inner West, with the majority located within 10km of our office. This role is ideal for someone who's confident, organised, and passionate about providing a high standard of customer care — all while maintaining strong compliance and achieving excellent portfolio outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Manage a designated residential property portfolio with professionalism and efficiency
- Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections with comprehensive reporting
- Advertise vacancies, process applications and secure quality tenants
- Build robust relationships with property owners and tenants
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with trusted contractors
- Manage rent arrears and lease renewals proactively
- Ensure full compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation
- Contribute to team culture, continuous improvement and process efficiency

About you

- 2+ years' experience as a Property Manager (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of Queensland rental legislation
- High-level communication and relationship-building skills




- Ability to work independently with strong organisational skills
- Confidence with Property Management software (we currently use Reapit PM, SNUG and Inspection Express)
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence (essential)
- Valid QLD driver's licence
