About Three Blue Ducks Rosebery

Three Blue Ducks Rosebery is one of Sydney’s most loved hospitality venues, located in the heart of The Cannery. Known for relaxed dining, quality produce, and genuine hospitality, the venue brings together a busy restaurant, events, and bar offering in a rapid-paced, community-focused environment.

Roles Available

We’re looking for experienced Waiters, Bartenders and Event Staff to join the team at Three Blue Ducks Rosebery.

This is a great opportunity to join a high-volume, energetic venue with a strong team culture and a genuine focus on hospitality. Whether you’re an experienced section waiter, confident bartender, or love the fast pace of events and functions, we’re looking for people who bring professionalism, warmth, and great energy to every service.

Current trading hours: Tuesday – Saturday Lunch & Dinner, Sunday Lunch; Day, night and weekend shifts available

What you’ll be doing

- Delivering warm, professional guest experiences
- Running sections and supporting smooth floor service
- Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard
- Assisting with private events and functions
- Working closely with kitchen, bar and management teams
- Maintaining high service and presentation standards





What we’re looking for

- Previous restaurant, bar or event experience essential
- Confident working in fast-paced environments
- Weekend and evening availability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- RSA required for all roles
- Weekend availability is essential
