About us

We're a Melbourne production and fabrication studio working across luxury visual merchandising, retail activations, and large-scale experiential builds for major brands. We're looking for a Producer to join our team on a 6 month full time contract with potential to extend. This role is studio based in Tottenham, with some travel required per project for on-site work.

About the role

- Own end-to-end project management across build and technical production

- Drive all stages of delivery including pre-production, workshop fabrication, onsite installation and post-production

- Manage budgets, timelines, schedules, logistics, and operations

- Amend, read and work from technical drawings and 3D files

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders

- Prepare and maintain clear project documentation, including schedules, briefs, decks, updates, run sheets, call sheets, and risk assessments

- Handle risk and safety admin — risk assessments, SWMS, risk management





- Get hands-on on-site when needed

About you

- 5–10 years' experience in experiential, event, VM production, agency, or relevant creative industries

- Melbourne based
- A thorough understanding of construction, fabrication, finishing, and temporary build processes

- Strong client-facing experience

- Comfortable reading and amending technical drawings and 3D files

- Experience working on-site through bump-in and bump-out

- Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills

- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability

Preferred but not essential

- SketchUp or Adobe Suite skills
