Full Perspective Recruitment are seeking an experienced Process Workers, Machine Operators and Finishing operators to work with our client based in Kemps Creek The role requires you to ensure the safe and efficient machine operation, workshop assembly and production work, storage and despatch of inventory to feed business operations and customer demand. This position will require you to work ongoing, full-time hours Monday to Friday.

Morning Shift, Afternoon Shift & Night Shift

There are multiple ongoing full-time hours and ongoing positions, offering a great hourly rate and ongoing training for the right candidates

Hourly Rate: $33-$35 + p.a + Superannuation + Optional overtime

Shift times for finishing department:

6am - 2pm

2pm - 10pm

10pm - 6am

Shift times for printing department

6am-6pm (dayshift)

Responsibilities:

- Press machine operation
- Bindery work (Folder Operators, Guillotine operators or Stitcher operating)
- Usage of hand tools and power tools or assembly
- Accurate and timely 'assembly' of components as well as picking and production work in a manufacturing environment
- Machine operating and production work




- Receive and process inventory (unload, label, store)
- Thoroughly inspect inventory for any damage and discrepancies
- Assembly and process work as required

To be successful:

- Machine operation or experience in a printing environment
- Assembly and ensuring components are positioned and aligned
- Usage of tools and manual process work
- Valid driver's licence is ideal
- Experience in a factory setting
- Heavy production experience is a bonus
- Strong communication skills - can relate to people from different cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
- Able to accurately complete paperwork.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable performing routine, repetitive tasks.
- Able to lift and move heavy objects - good physical fitness required.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Good numeracy and mechanical aptitude.
- Working knowledge of process environments.
- Experience with operating machinery.
