Summary:
The Factory Manager Surefit (2IC) plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. This position is essential for ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will support the Factory Manager in driving efficiency and productivity, contributing to the overall success of the organisation in the competitive manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Factory Manager in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working workplace.
- Supervise and train production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and specifications.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare reports on production performance and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in leading teams
