About the Role This is a outstanding opportunity for a Lawyer with 2–5 years PAE who is looking to further develop their experience in Family Law , while also enjoying exposure to a broader mix of general practice matters.

The role will have a strong Family Law focus , with matters likely to include parenting, property, divorce and related family law matters. You will also have the opportunity to assist across other areas of the firm’s practice, including:

- Wills & Estate Planning
- Probate and Deceased Estates
- Part IV Applications
- General Commercial matters
- Commercial Litigation

This role would suit a lawyer who enjoys the variety of general practice but is particularly keen to build and develop their career in Family Law. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 2–5 years’ PAE , ideally with some Family Law experience




- A genuine interest in continuing to develop your Family Law practice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A client-focused and empathetic approach
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work both autonomously and collaboratively
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to continue learning and developing your career
