Naughton McCarthy Family Lawyers have an opportunity for a Family Law Solicitor with 1 to 3 years' post-admission experience. You will be running your own family law files with the support and mentoring of our directors and with the assistance of our friendly motivated team.
Key responsibilities
- Handle family law matters including property and financial settlements, parenting and domestic violence matters
- Develop advocacy and negotiating skills
- Manage own client files with director support and mentoring
About you
- 1-3 years' experience in family law (property and financial settlements, parenting and domestic violence matters)
- Valuable organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proactive and reliable
- Developing strong advocacy and negotiating skills
- Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm to further expand knowledge and skills in family law
