The Role And You

- Greeting, interacting and attending to customer's requirements;
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks;
- Cafe Barista duties;
- Food service for the restaurant,



bar and functions;
- Rotating and restocking bar with beer, wine, liquor and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins etc;
- Assisting with unloading stock delivery;
- Preparing fridge/storeroom for stock;
- Maintaining cash register while receiving payments from customers;
- Cash handling and balancing;
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas.
