Tendercare is looking for a compassionate, reliable female Support Worker who is fluent in both Vietnamese and English to join our team supporting a valued NDIS participant in North Melbourne.
About the Role
- Support a participant with daily activities and communication support
- Work alongside an existing support team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Flexible shifts available (to be discussed at interview)
- Ongoing role with a supportive, participant-focused organisation
What We're Looking For
- Female applicants only (genuine occupational requirement under the Equal Opportunity Act, due to the personal care and cultural needs of the participant)
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken, required for effective communication with the participant)
- Experience in disability support, aged care, or community services (NDIS experience highly regarded but not essential)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (if applicable)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Reliable, patient, and passionate about empowering people with disabilities
