D&B; Recruitment are now partnering with a civil contractor with over 2 decades of project delivery experience, and supporting the connection of communities across the state, and are a preferred contractor of choice with multiple clients throughout regional Western Australia.
Given recent restructure, they are now searching for two immediately available supervisors, with solid leadership skills, who can build strong relationships with their crew, building a harmonious high functioning team, and delivering an end product that the team can be proud of.
This role would see you travel across Western Australia, delivering roads, earthworks, and utilities services for LGA's, Main Roads, and Mining Clients, operating on a 2:1 Roster. To be successful you will have most or all of the following:
- Developed and proven leadership capabilities, being able to adjust and manage people to get the best out of individuals.
- Understanding and experience with machine operation (Desirable).
- HR Drivers Licence & First Aid Certificate
- Certificate III Civil Construction (Highly Regarded)
- S26 Statutory Supervisor (Completed or booked to complete)
- Strong communication skills and relationship building abilities with various stake holders.
- Available to start with short notice.
On Offer:
- Hourly Rate of $75 - $85 per hour (Depending on Experience)
