Position : Financial Crime Sr. Analyst/ Manager

Essential Functions of The Job

We are looking for Financial Crime Sr. Analyst/ Manager for a contract of 12 months role based out of Sydney

Qualifications Basic

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Skills and Responsibilities

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – must be able to clearly document / articulate ideas and views

- Confident and strong stakeholder management skills

- Must be able to learn, unlearn and relearn based on the dynamic industry we serve – the criminals are continuously innovating and to stop them, we must too

- As a qualified services firm we a maniacally customer focused team and expect every single person in the team to be similarly focused on serving our customers

- Finally,

- Between 2 to 10 years (depending on the role) of Banking, Risk Management or Financial Crime Operations experience

- Should have an eye for detail and ability to use judgement in the execution of procedures

- Must have the ability to complete reviews with accuracy

- Demonstrable Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: KYC and Onboarding involves taking care of client records and transactions, the individual should assess the risks and apply control measures as defined in the procedures for mitigation

- Identify, recommend and implement process efficiencies

- Maintain a record of and report progress as required

- Ability to work independently and deliver against commitments

- Ability to act swiftly and work in an evolving digital environment
