About the role

As Finance Manager – Corporate, Healthcare and Finco, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis across multiple areas of the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide meaningful financial insights, develop and enhance reporting tools, support strategic decision-making, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to the ongoing success of LDK.

Role responsibilities

- Lead financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities across Corporate, Healthcare and Finco operations.
- Deliver accurate financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions and performance improvement.
- Develop, maintain and enhance financial models, reporting tools and forecasting frameworks.
- Manage monthly management reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and financial control processes.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide high-quality financial information and commercial support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial reporting, systems and business processes.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline, with a CPA, CA or CIMA qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior finance, commercial or business-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and data analysis.




- Excellent understanding of accounting principles, governance, risk management, audit processes and general tax requirements.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to analyse complex financial data and produce meaningful business insights.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
