The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to partner with one of IMDEX’s fastest growing business units, Digital Earth Knowledge (DEK). This is a highly visible leadership role that combines commercial finance, strategic business partnering and operational performance within a global technology and SaaS environment. You will work directly with the Chief, Digital Earth Knowledge, General Managers and functional leaders to drive commercial performance, support growth initiatives, shape business strategy and provide financial leadership across planning, reporting and key decision-making.

This position currently has no direct reports, with opportunities for this to evolve as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities In this role,



you will:

- Partner the DEK leadership team in the development and execution of business unit strategy, growth initiatives and capital allocation decisions.
- Provide high‑quality, forward‑looking financial insight, commercial challenge and decision support.
- Lead the annual budget, forecast and rolling forecast processes for the DEK business unit, partnering key stakeholders to build accurate, quality plans.
- Own the monthly management reporting and performance analysis, delivering timely, insightful commentary to Group and business unit leadership.
- Own the P&L; and drive financial performance outcomes across the business unit.
- Work in conjunction with the wider Group finance function (Corporate Finance, Integration and Regional teams) to ensure revenue recognition principles are fit-for-purpose and optimise the finance integration for DEK.

To be successful, you will bring:

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Demonstrated success in a Finance Manager, Senior Finance Business Partner or FP&A; leadership role.
- Experience within technology, SaaS, software or other high-growth commercial environments.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the confidence to constructively challenge assumptions and influence senior stakeholders.




- Experience partnering with geographically dispersed and the flexibility to collaborate effectively across multiple regions and time zones.
- Proven ability to simplify complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders.
