Melbourne | Hybrid working | $135,000 to $150,000 plus super A property business is appointing a Finance Manager to work across fund administration, financial modelling and project accounting. This is a genuine step up for someone ready to move into their first finance manager title, with real breadth across funds and projects from day one.

The business operates across property development and investment activity, servicing a portfolio of projects. The finance function is expanding to support that growth.

The Role

- Leads administration and reporting of investor and project funds, including associated compliance obligations
- Develops and maintains financial models for project feasibility, budgeting and forecasting
- Delivers monthly financial results and reporting, including input into board and committee packs
- Owns project accounting across a portfolio of developments, including budgets, reconciliations and variance reporting
- Manages cashflow forecasting,



banking activity and lender reporting across projects and corporate entities
- Leads and develops one direct reports

Background Required

- CPA or CA qualified
- Currently operating at senior accountant or assistant finance manager level, ready to step up into a finance manager title
- Some exposure to property development
- Robust financial modelling and advanced Excel skills

What's On Offer

- Salary range $140,000 to $155,000 plus super, subject to experience.
