About the role

Lead a business-critical finance transformation program, driving the transition from Xero to Microsoft Dynamics while redesigning processes, enhancing controls and supporting business growth. Reporting to the GM Finance, you will own the end-to-end transformation, partnering with Finance, Operations, Technology and external delivery partners to ensure successful implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the finance transformation program from planning through to implementation and business adoption

- Oversee the migration from Xero to Microsoft Dynamics and related system integrations

- Drive process improvement, operating model enhancements and automation opportunities

- Manage governance, risks, budgets, reporting and delivery milestones

- Lead stakeholder engagement,



communications, training and change activities

- Partner with external vendors and systems integrators to deliver successful outcomes

About you

- Proven experience leading finance transformation, ERP implementation or complex business systems programs

- Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, reporting and business operations

- Experience delivering process redesign, organisational change and stakeholder engagement initiatives

- Ability to manage vendors, influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption

- Pragmatic, hands-on and comfortable operating in a quick-paced growth environment
