Brisbane First Aid is a growing local First Aid and CPR training provider delivering practical, engaging training to individuals, schools, childcare centres and workplaces across Brisbane.

We're passionate about making first aid training straightforward, relevant and enjoyable — and we're looking for great trainers to join our team as we continue to grow.

The Opportunity

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable First Aid & CPR Trainers/Assessors to join Brisbane First Aid on a contract basis.

This role would suit an experienced first aid trainer or someone with a background in areas such as health, nursing, education, emergency services, sport and fitness, or childcare who has the required training and assessment credentials.

There is flexibility around availability, making the role suitable for trainers looking for regular work alongside other professional or personal commitments.

What You'll Do

- Deliver First Aid and CPR training to individuals and workplace groups.
- Facilitate practical assessments in a professional and supportive workplace.
- Create an engaging and positive experience for participants.
- Deliver training at our Brisbane venue and at client workplaces across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
- Represent Brisbane First Aid professionally when working with our clients.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have





- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE40116, or another recognised trainer/assessor credential that meets current VET requirements.
- Current First Aid and CPR competencies relevant to the courses being delivered.
- Confidence presenting and working with groups.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- A professional, reliable and organised approach.
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- A current Blue Card where required for the work being undertaken.
- Previous First Aid/CPR training, health, education or related industry experience is highly regarded.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can connect with participants and deliver training in an engaging, practical and approachable way.
