About the role

We're seeking a Fleet Management Coordinator to oversee daily transportation operations and ensure our fleet operates smoothly. This role suits someone who is organised, hands-on, and experienced in logistics or fleet management.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily delivery and transport schedules to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maximise vehicle utilization and minimize idle or waiting time
- Monitor driver routes, trip logs and GPS tracking systems to optimize operational performance
- Create driver rosters and ensure adequate transport resources are available each day
- Supervise drivers to maintain high standards of safety, compliance and professionalism
- Manage vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections according to preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure all vehicles comply with registration, insurance and safety requirements
- Maintain relationships with external service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance
- Track and analyse fleet-related costs such as fuel, maintenance and insurance
- Prepare regular reports on fleet performance,



utilisation and productivity

About you

- Proven experience in logistics, transport, or fleet coordination
- Robust communication and coordination skills – able to work effectively with drivers, service providers and internal teams
- Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and transport compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for reporting and data analysis
- Experience with fleet management software is an advantage
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Having rights to work in Australia
