Floor Manager / Supervisor — Folly's Cammeray

Casual | 30+ hours per week | Weekend availability required

Folly's is a proper neighbourhood local in the heart of Cammeray on Sydney's north shore, home to a buzzing locals bar and an elevated casual bistro. We pour 6 beers on tap (Guinness included), have a brilliant cocktail list, stock 140+ wines alongside an extensive spirits selection — all backed by a modern Australian bistro menu with European leanings.

With a brand-new head chef just on board and ready to fire, we're looking for a switched-on Floor Manager / Supervisor to take the reins out front and help us hit the ground running.

About the role

You'll be the go-to person on the floor — running services, leading the team, looking after regulars, and making sure every guest walks out already planning their next visit. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the owners every shift, with a direct line to the people making the decisions.

What we're looking for

- 2+ years in a similar management or supervisor role
- Confident running opens and closes solo
- Weekend availability (non-negotiable)




- A natural team leader who sets the tone on the floor
- Genuinely keen to mentor and train junior team members
- A love for positive food, good drinks, and looking after locals
