About Soi Fire
Soi Fire is a fire-led Thai fusion restaurant in the heart of Potts Point. Bold, smoky, live-fire food, a cocktail-forward drinks list, and a room that seats 60-100 guests across a full trade. We're hiring a Floor Supervisor to lead our floor team and deliver the kind of service our guests remember.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading service on the floor from open through to close
- Managing the FOH team on shift, briefing, positioning, coaching in the moment
- Reading the room anticipating needs, spotting tension, adjusting pace
- Handling guest feedback and VIP guests personally
- Table management, reservations, coursing and expo discipline
- Cash and POS handling, end-of-night reconciliation
- Ensuring RSA, food safety and WHS compliance on the floor
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer-facing hospitality (restaurant, bar, or premium hotel F&B;)
- Genuinely excellent customer service, warm, sharp, present, and able to read a room quickly
- Calm under pressure during a full house
- A team player who leads by example
- Solid POS and reservation-system experience
- Current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Competency Card
- Australian citizenship required
Hours
- Wednesday – Saturday: 3pm till closed
- Sundays: closed
- Mondays & Tuesdays: closed
- 38 – 40 hours per week
