SIPPENHAM — FOH STAFF WANTED

Sippenham is looking for experienced Front of House team members to join our small, busy pasta bar & wine bar in Sydenham.

Sippenham is a 20-seat, East London-inspired pasta and wine bar — intimate, relaxed and focused on positive food, good wine and genuinely warm service. We have been published and celebrated in the Good Food Guide, Broadsheet, Time Out, Concrete Playground and more.

We are looking for people who know hospitality, care about what they do and genuinely enjoy looking after guests.

We embody the Inner West of Sydney, are inclusive and culturally in tune with the hospitality scene. Knowing the Inner West and its customer base is a bonus.

What we’re looking for





- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar restaurant, wine bar or quality hospitality venue
- Confident with food and wine service
- Strong communication and people skills
- Calm, organised and capable in a busy service
- Good attention to detail
- A genuine interest in food, wine and hospitality
- Team players with a positive attitude

We’re looking for people who want to be part of a tight-knit team and help us continue to build something special. Casual / part-time positions available.

Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
