ABOUT THE JOB ? This is a hands-on hospitality role in a busy venue where teamwork, energy, and professionalism are key.

Your shifts may include

- Delivering exceptional customer service across all areas of the venue
- Serving food and beverages during lunch, dinner, and event service
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Supporting gaming operations and customer enquiries
- Maintaining strong product knowledge across menus and beverages
- Operating POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately
- Maintaining presentation, cleanliness, and service standards
- Supporting team members across multiple service areas
- Following RSA, venue procedures, and WHS requirements at all times
