About You:

· Hold a current NSW RSA & RCG (or be willing to obtain)

· Previous experience in hospitality

· Be eager to learn and develop your skills

· Thrive in the Fast Lane: adaptable, calm under pressure and capable of excelling in a high-energy operational setting

· Have flexible availability for shift work, across evenings & weekends (late nights)
