About the role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Food Factory Production Batching and Mixing Operator to join our dynamic production team. You’ll work in a fast-paced, hands-on setting where quality, teamwork, and attention to detail are key. Current working week is Monday - Thursday long weekend every week.

Position is casual going to full time for the right person.

What you'll be doing

- Accurately weigh, blend, and mix raw ingredients according to production recipes and specifications
- Work with quality control teams to ensure product consistency
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to identify and resolve any issues
- Maintain detailed records of production activities, including batch information and inventory levels
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Provide support to the production team as required to meet production targets

What we're looking for

- Relevant experience in a food manufacturing or production environment, food processing industry




- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and specifications with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficient in the use of production equipment, such as scales, mixers, and other machinery
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the workplace and have HACCP experience
- Must have a driver's license and own transport.
