Eastern Suburbs | $6m–$7m Projects | $150k–$180k + Super

Cornerstone Partners is currently working with an established, award-winning high-end residential builder delivering some of Sydney's most technically challenging architecturally designed homes.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint experienced Foremen to join their team across two major projects in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

These are not straightforward residential builds. Both projects contain technically demanding structural and architectural elements and require Foremen with a solid understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and detail.

The Projects:

The successful candidates will be joining one of two architecturally designed residential projects valued at $6m & $7m.

One is a technically and structurally complex build with challenging site access, while the other is a new-build residence incorporating off-form concrete and highly detailed architectural elements.

The Role:

As Foreman, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the site, including:

- Programming and coordination of works
- Managing subcontractors and trades
- Maintaining programme, quality and productivity
- WHS and day-to-day site safety
- Coordination of structural and architectural elements
- Maintaining the exceptionally high level of finish expected within the luxury residential market
- Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team

Importantly, you won't be expected to manage the project alone. Each Foreman is supported by a dedicated Project Manager and Contract Administrator, allowing you to focus primarily on running the site,



managing trades and delivering an exceptional build rather than being overloaded with administration.

About you:

This opportunity is specifically suited to someone from the Class 1 architecturally designed / high-end residential market.

You will ideally have:

- Proven Foreman or Site Manager experience
- Strong Class 1 high-end residential construction experience
- Experience delivering residential projects valued at $5m+
- Excellent structural construction knowledge
- Experience with complex architectural detailing
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and methodology
- Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills
- High attention to detail and quality
- Strong understanding of WHS and site management

Candidates coming predominantly from Class 2 apartment construction will not be the right fit for these particular projects.
