About The Role This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the business through strong financial partnership and commercial insight. Working closely with leaders across multiple trading entities and functions, you will help improve financial understanding, drive accountability for results, and provide the analysis and reporting needed to support effective decision-making and business performance.

Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that support performance and informed decision-making.
- Deliver monthly reporting and analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for allocated business areas.
- Monitor financial performance, investigate variances, and provide recommendations to improve results.
- Drive reporting efficiencies through process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Support key finance transformation projects, including EPM and ERP system implementations.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and commercial support across the business.

About You

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Finance Business Partnering,



Commercial Finance, FP&A; or similar role.

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Business, with CA or CPA qualification.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting systems.
- Experience using General Ledger systems, EPM or similar OLAP reporting tools, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and partner effectively across diverse business functions.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change, embrace new technologies, and quickly build capability.
- Proactive, resilient, and results-driven with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
