We’re looking for an experienced Klaviyo Specialist to support a leading eCommerce brand throughout September.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows Klaviyo inside out and can hit the ground running.

The role:

- Build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo from supplied Figma creative
- Complete thorough pre-send QA including links, personalisation/merge tags, rendering and segmentation
- Work independently from creative and copy briefs, flagging any issues to the team
- Assist with flows/automations where required

About you:

- Robust, hands-on Klaviyo experience – you use the platform day-to-day
- Experienced building and deploying email campaigns
- Excellent attention to detail and strong QA skills
- Comfortable working independently and to deadlines
- Flow/automation experience is a bonus

Details: 10–15 hours per week throughout September 2026 | Start ASAP | Initially onsite in Sydney CBD, with remote flexibility once up to speed
