Expression of Interest - Freelance Leadership Facilitator (retail)

We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced Leadership Facilitators who would like to work with us on future projects in the retail industry.

Our projects involve working with leading Australian retailers, delivering leadership capability training to retail leaders. We value facilitators who can deliver engaging sessions, maintain consistency, and create a lasting impact for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate engaging, practical leadership development sessions for store and area leaders
- Deliver content across areas such as leadership development, management essentials,



coaching capability and operational capability
- Adapt delivery style to a fast-paced, high-pressure retail environment
- Instil a customer-centric service methodology
- Provide feedback and insights to the CLX project team to support continuous improvement of the program
- Administer training materials and reporting
- Liaise with key stakeholders

What you will bring to this role:
- A demonstrated track record delivering training within a retail setting
- Confident, engaging facilitation style with the ability to build credibility quickly with frontline and store leadership audiences
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Great time management, planning and organisational skills
- Relevant facilitation, training or adult education qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) highly regarded but not essential given demonstrated experience
- Driver’s license and a reliable car
- ABN
- Your own laptop for reporting & presenting

All domestic travel and accommodation will be paid for by the business.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $700.00 per day
