We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our friendly team. If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for hospitality, and thrive in a fast-paced café environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Welcoming customers and creating a friendly first impression
- Taking customer orders and handling cash and POS transactions
- Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Assisting customers with menu enquiries and dietary requests
- Maintaining cleanliness, presentation,



and hygiene standards in the dining area
- Clearing and resetting tables promptly
- Supporting the barista, kitchen, and wider café team as needed
- Helping with restocking and maintaining a well-organised front-of-house area

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer-service role preferred
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- A friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy workplace
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

Pay: $33.85 per hour
