Experienced Front of House Staff

Cambio Vita is a current Italian restaurant in Malvern, and we are looking for experienced, enthusiastic Front of House staff to join our team.

We are currently looking to fill 3-4 Front of House positions.

We are looking for confident hospitality professionals who can independently manage a section, work efficiently through a busy service and genuinely care about providing an exceptional guest experience.

About You The right person for the role will have:

- 2–3 years minimum experience in hospitality
- Proven experience running a section independently
- The ability to confidently manage a section from start to finish during busy services
- Good knowledge of Italian food and wine
- A current and valid RSA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- The ability to remain calm, efficient and professional under pressure
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to anticipate what needs to be done
- Excellent attention to detail
- High standards of cleanliness and presentation
- A friendly, professional and approachable personality
- Reliability and punctuality
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Availability Evening availability Wednesday–Sunday is required.

Friday and Saturday availability is non-negotiable.

We are looking for people who can commit consistently to these days.

The Role You will be responsible for providing attentive and knowledgeable table service and confidently managing your section throughout service.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing your section efficiently from opening through to close
- Taking orders and providing knowledgeable recommendations
- Running food and drinks
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with the kitchen and FOH team
- Ensuring your section is clean, organised and well-presented throughout service
- Maintaining high standards of service and attention to detail
- Assisting with cleaning and closing duties at the end of service
- Supporting the wider team when required
