About the role

We are seeking a Front of House team member to join at our location in Avoca Beach NSW 2251. This is a casual position offering flexibility whilst providing an excellent prospect to deliver outstanding hospitality and customer service. As Front of House staff, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for our guests through attentive service, professionalism and a genuine commitment to excellence.

This role is pivotal in setting the tone for our guests' dining experience and directly contributes to the reputation and success of our business.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting customers warmly and professionally
- Providing attentive service, taking orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
- Answering guest enquiries regarding menu items, ingredients and dietary requirements with knowledge and confidence
- Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Following health, safety and food hygiene standards at all times

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Physical stamina to remain on your feet during busy shifts
