Boutique Dining is one of the Gold Coast's premier waterfront dining destinations, located on the marina at Paradise Point. Renowned for exceptional food, genuine hospitality and stunning marina views, we're looking for an experienced Front of House Team Member with robust barista experience to join our growing team.

If you enjoy creating exceptional coffee just as much as delivering outstanding customer service, this is an opportunity to join a professional hospitality team in one of the Gold Coast's most unique waterfront venues.

What We're Looking For

- Previous Front of House hospitality experience
- Strong barista experience with the ability to work independently
- Friendly, confident and professional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability is essential
- Current RSA (or willingness to obtain)
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
