As Functions Supervisor, you will be working closely with the functions, sales, and operations teams, including kitchens, to use your expertise to oversee various functions. What you will do?

n

- Coordinate and supervise event setup, service, and pack-down activities.
n
- Set up dining areas, cafés, meeting rooms, conference spaces, banquet halls, and event venues according to client requirements.
n
- Ensure tables, chairs, linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, buffet stations, coffee stations, and service areas are correctly arranged.
n
- Conduct pre-event inspections to ensure venue presentation and operational readiness.
n
- Manage event timelines and ensure all activities run according to schedule.

More about you

- Experience in functions supervision
n
- Experience in events is beneficial
n
- Solid skills in computer literacy, communication, organisation, and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work varied hours to meet business demands
