The District Nurses is a not-for-profit home care provider in Tasmania seeking compassionate Community Support Workers to support clients in their own homes across Western Shore, Southern Midlands and Eastern Shore. You will stay locally, travel time between clients is paid, and you’ll participate in face-to-face training sessions at Moonah or Sorell.

Essential qualifications include a Certificate III in Individual Support, a valid driver license, Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People
