Position: Cleaner

Location: Kemerton Lithium Plant, Wellesley WA

Start Date: ASAP

Roster

- Morning | Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 12:30pm, plus Friday 6:00am to 11:30am

or

- Evening | Monday to Friday, 6:00pm to 10:00pm

Pay

from $33.85 per hour + penalties and super

Contract

Casual with potential to become permanent based on performance

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across the Kemerton Lithium Plant, including:

- Offices and administration areas
- Amenities and bathrooms
- Kitchens and lunchrooms
- Internal and external glass cleaning
- Sweeping, mopping, sanitising, and other cleaning duties

You’ll also follow site safety procedures and contribute to maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the facility.

What You’ll Need

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle to travel to and from site




- Ability to perform all physical cleaning duties throughout your shift
- National Police Clearance
- Ability to successfully complete drug and alcohol testing, including random testing requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to safety

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. Full training can be provided to the right candidate.
