- Lead the design and documentation of playground and fitness projects from concept through final technical layouts
- Produce accurate 2D technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
- Create high-quality, photo-realistic 3D visualisations and animations
- Interpret site plans and incorporate topographic details into layouts
- Ensure technical drawings comply with AS4685
- Prepare client presentations using company templates
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Installation, Marketing, external partners, and the Kompan Design Studio in Denmark
- Present designs directly to clients occasionally
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining design integrity and timelines
- Research and apply relevant materials, safety standards, and design trends

Requirements

- Proven experience in design, ideally within landscape architecture, architecture, industrial design, or playground design
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD
- Experience with 3D tools and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience across concept development, technical documentation, and cross-team collaboration
- Confident communication skills for explaining design ideas to colleagues, partners, and clients
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail




- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining design integrity and meeting deadlines
- Cooperative and open to feedback
