Bartenders | Section Waiters | Hosts

Olympus is growing its Front of House team, and we’re looking for experienced Bartenders, Section Waiters and Restaurant Hosts to join us across the floor, bar and door.

Olympus is a vibrant, modern Greek taverna in Sydney, alive with energy, generosity and a little theatre. Under the glow of our neon bougainvillea, the room comes together over generous food, flowing drinks and the kind of hospitality that makes a night memorable.

We’re currently hiring:

Section Waiters

You know how to run a busy section with confidence while keeping service warm, relaxed and personal. You have strong food and wine knowledge, excellent instincts with guests and experience in premium, hatted or high-volume restaurants.

Bartenders

You’re comfortable behind a busy bar and know how to balance speed, precision and genuine hospitality. You’ll bring experience in a dispense-style bar with a service element, a love of cocktails and drinks, and the ability to work seamlessly with the wider team.

Hosts

You set the tone from the moment someone walks through the door. Warm, polished and composed, you know how to read a room and make people feel genuinely welcome.



Previous hosting experience in premium or fine dining is important, along with confidence using OpenTables.
