About the role

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Full Time and Casual Cleaners to join our growing team at TG Elite Solutions Pty Ltd. This is a casual /full time position based around Melbourne VIC 3000, offering flexibility for those seeking part-time, casual or full timework arrangements. As a cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining our clients' premises to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, contributing directly to the professional image and satisfaction of our clients across the Melbourne region.

What you'll be doing

- Performing comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising of various surfaces and fixtures
- Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms, kitchens, and other facility areas to high hygiene standards
- Emptying waste bins and disposing of rubbish appropriately
- Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment safely and responsibly
- Following health and safety protocols and environmental cleaning procedures
- Adhering to client-specific cleaning requirements and schedules




- Reporting any maintenance issues or damage to management
- Working efficiently to meet scheduled cleaning timelines

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in cleaning services or a similar role is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical fitness and capability to perform cleaning duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting
- Reliability and punctuality
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices in cleaning environments
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and products safely
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings or evenings if required
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanour
- Current working rights in Australia
