We're looking for a mid-level Full Stack Developer for a client platform build in Sydney.

You'll work directly on a live client engagement, building features end to end, from database through to UI, alongside our delivery team and the client's stakeholders. It's a hands-on role with real ownership: small team, short feedback loops, and visible impact on what ships.

Hybrid working, based in Sydney.

What you'll be doing

- Build and ship full stack features across frontend, backend and database
- Design and implement APIs and data models that hold up as the platform grows
- Translate business requirements into working software, in collaboration with business analysts and client stakeholders
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code and take part in code reviews
- Support deployments and help troubleshoot issues in staging and production
- Contribute to technical documentation so the work is handover-ready at the end of the engagement
- Join stand-ups and sprint ceremonies, and give clear progress updates to the delivery lead

What you'll need

- 3+ years' commercial full stack development experience
- Robust JavaScript/TypeScript,



with a modern frontend framework (React, Next.js, Vue or Angular)
- Solid backend development experience (Node.js, Python, .NET or similar)
- Confident with relational databases and SQL including schema design, queries, performance
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Git and modern CI/CD workflows
- Able to work independently and get productive quickly
- Clear communicator who can talk to non-technical stakeholders
- Current Australian working rights and based in Sydney

Nice to have

- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP or Cloudflare)
- Familiarity with BaaS platforms such as Supabase or Firebase
- Exposure to AI/LLM integrations in production applications
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first frameworks
- Testing frameworks and automated test practice
- Background in property, telco or enterprise SaaS domains
