We’re seeking for full-time Chef de Parties to service our across our high-volume casual dining bistro.

About the Role

Join a kitchen team that delivers fresh, consistent, high-quality food right on the water: Bistro Team – Produce delicious, contemporary meals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Prep & Production – Support the team by ensuring ingredients and stations are set, organised, and ready for service.

We’ll provide training, support, and a great team culture — you bring the passion and willingness to roll up your sleeves.

Key responsibilities include

- Preparing, cooking, and presenting a wide range of meals in line with our menu.
- Ensuring food safety and correct handling, including dietary requirements.
- Maintaining clean, organised workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Ensuring proper storage and rotation of stock.

Preferred Attributes & Skills

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar high-volume dining workplace (pubs, hotels, restaurants, bistros).
- Experience across any cuisine background is welcomed.
- Ability to work across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation.
