About the Role
As a Trainee, you will:
- Learn and develop your skills alongside experienced educators
- Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing
- Assist with engaging play-based learning experiences
- Build positive relationships with children, families and educators
- Learn about the National Quality Framework and best-practice childcare
- Work as part of a supportive and professional team
- Complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care while gaining valuable practical experience
