Ltd) is a leading provider of aged care physiotherapy services. We are seeking a full-time Aged Care Physiotherapists to be based in Weston ACT, with the right attitude and passion for working. We are seeking a full-time Physiotherapists to provide pain & mobility physio services to aged care residents. We require applicants to have at least 1 to 2 years of work experience including some local experience working in an aged care setting.

Salary $81,000 AUD + Super.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Pain management by exercise, massage & therapies, application of heat & cold and radiation therapies as required.

· Treatments to improve joint mobility, reduce paid, blood circulation, muscle.

· strengthening, better functionality, and general mobility and functionality

· Document the treatment and follow up process.

· Conduct a thorough clinical assessment for each resident as per facility requirements.

· Develop individually tailored assessment and care plans, selecting and executing appropriate physiotherapy treatment.

· Consult with the appropriate staff, carers, medical practitioners and family members in the best interests of the residents.

· Review all residents, at a minimum interval of three months or as per individual facility requirements.

· Educate,



Mentor, Supervise, train Junior colleagues.

· Provide strength, prevention & Balance training.

Qualifications:

· Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification

· AHPRA Registration to work as a Physiotherapist

Experience Requirement:

· Minimum 1 to 2 years of full time work experience including some local experience working in an aged care setting.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

· Positive can-do attitude

· Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

· Passionate about aged care with proven experience (preferred)
