We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our Orange team and help us continue our tradition of outstanding customer service.
This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in presentation, and values genuine customer service.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism, making them feel comfortable and valued
- Provide knowledgeable assistance across our range of premium men's and women's brands
- Work closely with your team to create an exceptional in-store experience
- Maintain a well-presented store environment, including merchandising and stock organisation
- Take initiative to address customer needs and maintain store standards
- Ensure reliable and punctual attendance for your rostered shifts
What We're Looking For
- Robust communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
- A positive team player who contributes to a supportive work environment
- Punctual, reliable, and proactive in all tasks
- Initiative and the confidence to assist customers independently
- Availability to work across our store hours: Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm and Saturday 9:00am–2:00pm. This is a rotating full-time roster, so you won’t work every Saturday or every weekday, with rostered days off varying from week to week.
- 38 ordinary hours per week, with any additional hours paid at the applicable overtime rate.
- Pay rates vary depending on age and experience.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
