Beeliar Diagnostic Imaging clinic in Yangebup is currently seeking a Full TimeMedical Receptionist to join the team. We are located onsite next to Lagoon Medical Centre, a bustling Medical and Urgent Care centre. We are also looking for a causal member.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist,you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures - Private, Medicare, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
- Rostering of administration and professionals

What we're looking for:
- Explicit verbal and written communication skills




- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow
- Leadership skill to help manage a small team
- Confidence working across multiple screens and systems
- Karisma & Comrad experience
- Previous Medical Imaging experience
