About the role

Elite Plumb & Gas is seeking a Fully Qualified Plumber to join our growing team in Coffs Harbour NSW. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality plumbing services to our valued clients across the region. As a key member of our plumbing team, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance work across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures and water supply lines
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Read and interpret plumbing plans, schematics and building codes
- Conduct site assessments and provide accurate quotes
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Provide professional service and communicate effectively with customers, contractors and other stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and repair emergency plumbing issues in a timely manner
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Report to the Director and communicate effectively with office staff

What We’re Looking For

- Current plumbing qualification recognised in New South Wales
- Proven experience as a qualified plumber, ideally with several years in the industry
- Solid knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations and best practices
- Proficiency with standard plumbing tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform manual work and work at heights when required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliability, punctuality and professionalism




- Current driver’s licence and ability to travel to job sites in Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas
- Residential and commercial plumbing experience highly desirable
