Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Gaming Attendant to join Sydney Junction Hotel in Hamilton.

What you’ll be doing

- Deliver attentive, personal service and build relationships with regulars
- Complete gaming transactions, payouts and cash handling accurately
- Monitor the gaming room and respond promptly to customer needs
- Follow responsible gambling procedures and stay alert to signs of harm
- Keep the gaming area clean, comfortable and well presented
- Work closely with the gaming team to maintain strong service standards

What we’re looking for

- Solid, recent gaming experience in a pub, hotel or club
- Confidence managing routine gaming duties without close supervision
- Exceptional customer service and a warm, professional approach
- Accurate cash handling and sound responsible gambling knowledge
- Availability across weekdays,



nights, weekends and public holidays
- Current NSW RSA and RCG competency credentials

About Sydney Junction Hotel Sydney Junction Hotel is an iconic, multi-space venue on Beaumont Street in Hamilton, just minutes from Newcastle CBD.

The venue brings together restaurant dining, a lively sports bar, function spaces, accommodation, nightlife and a family-friendly playground. You’ll work in the gaming room, looking after regulars and welcoming new faces.
