Gardener / Landscaping Assistant

About Us

We are a local, growing gardening and property maintenance business servicing Airport West and surrounding suburbs. We take pride in delivering high-quality gardening services to residential and commercial clients, and we’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Gardener to join our team.

The Role

This hands-on role involves general gardening and outdoor maintenance duties across a variety of properties. No two days are the same, and you’ll be working in a friendly, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lawn mowing, edging, and general turf maintenance
- Weeding, pruning, hedging, and plant care
- Garden clean-ups and green waste removal
- Mulching and soil preparation
- Basic landscaping and property maintenance
- Operating gardening tools and equipment safely
- Maintaining a high standard of work and customer service

What We’re Looking For

- Previous gardening or landscaping experience is preferred but not essential
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude




- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

- Current driver’s licence
- Own vehicle to get to job locations
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Legal right to work in Australia
- Police check may be required for some clients
