An outstanding opportunity based in Sydney to join a large, national Australian organisation in a senior finance leadership role, responsible for strengthening financial management, governance and commercial decision support across a complex operating environment.

Reporting to the CFO, the GM Finance will lead the organisation’s core finance function. Leading a team across finance management, business partnering and transactional services, you will ensure accurate, timely reporting and solid financial controls across the organisation.

Partnering with executives and business leaders, you will provide commercial insight, assess growth and investment opportunities, support integrations and improve revenue, profitability and cost performance. You will also drive automation and continuous improvement across reporting, analytics, systems and processes.





We are seeking a CA/CPA-qualified finance leader with broad experience across reporting, planning and analysis, operations, governance and compliance. Commercially astute and analytical, you turn complex financial information into clear recommendations. Experience improving finance systems and reporting tools, including Power BI, will be highly regarded.

An engaging, collaborative leader, you build credibility quickly, develop high-performing teams and promote accountability and continuous improvement. You combine financial discipline with a practical, solutions-focused approach and influence effectively at all levels.
