About the role

This is a role for an experienced operator, someone who knows how to lead people, drive accountability, and turn strategy into execution. You'll report directly to the Founders and take full accountability for the performance of the business: the team, the numbers, and the rhythm that keeps everything moving.

This is not a figurehead role. You'll own the P&L;, integrate the functions of the business, lead the leadership team, and build the operating cadence that lets Health IT grow with confidence.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Health IT leadership team with clarity on role expectations, targets, and accountability
- Own company performance against monthly and quarterly profit targets and report variances
- Execute the company business plan as determined by the leadership team
- Provide regular 1:1 coaching to direct reports, supporting their personal and professional growth




- Ensure the right people are in the right seats across the organisation, identify gaps and act on them
- Ensure all teams are working as one aligned unit, not in silos
- Own the cross-functional issues that fall between team seats and make sure they are resolved
- Own and maintain the communication rhythm of the business from leadership to every team member
- Act as Executive Sponsor to key clients, serving as the senior point of escalation for commercial discussions and ensuring Health IT's most key relationships are well managed at the leadership level
- Actively support the sales team to win new business participating in pitches, proposal reviews, and key prospect meetings where a senior leadership presence makes a difference
- Proactively identify what is preventing your team from doing their best work and remove it

About you You've led people in a growing SMB, ideally in a medical, services, technology, or professional services environment. You're an operator at heart: you love clear accountability, well-run meetings, and watching a team execute. You may already know EOS® or you're someone who will embrace it quickly.

You're direct, calm under pressure, and you earn trust by following through.

Experience in managed IT services or the healthcare sector is an advantage, but what matters most is that you're genuinely curious about the industries you serve and committed to understanding them.
